The 3000 Series of processors are an excellent low – medium volume family of processors, all very economically priced. Due to its large range of accessories this family of processors can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements. Used widely by many service bureaux and end users alike.
The 3 models include:-
3000 “Straight-Through” Processor:
4 tank plumbed-in processor. Film takes a completely flat travel path through the 4 tanks producing a typical processing time of 40 minutes.
3500 “Quick-Fill” Processor:
4 tank plumbed-in processor. Two of the four tanks have a “serpentine” configuration which means that the film goes up and down through those two tanks giving more exposure to the chemicals. This increases the processing speed from 40 to 20 minutes. This unit also has a replenishment system included in the price. This system uplifts the chemical solution into the tanks automatically from the optional workstation cabinet under the processor.
3500 “Semi-Deep Tank” Processor:
4 tank plumbed-in processor. Two of the four tanks have a “serpentine” configuration (see above). Unlike the “Quick Fill” unit, this unit has no auto replenishment system.
For all 3 models there is the following choice of daylight load boxes:
– Single 16mm or 35mm load box
– Two 16mm or 35mm rolls simultaneously processed
– Three 16mm rolls simultaneously processed (On 3500 models this means that 3 rolls of 16mm film are processed in 20 minutes total – 3000 model in 40 minutes)
– Various film width up to 105mm
– Sheet film feed tray (darkroom only – 3000 only)
– Single 3M cartridge (for 3M FMCAR film)
Also available are the 3000EV and 3500EV processors which do not require plumbing (containers of water sit underneath the tanks). Please ask for more details on these 2 units.

Comment: Excellent range of desktop low-medium volume microfilm processors. Wide choice of load boxes makes them very flexible (suit small – medium bureau application).
